Exosomes for Facial Rejuvenation
Exosomes are tiny particles that are acellular (they are not technically a cell). They are small sacs that contain proteins and enzymes that have a variety of functions.
As you get older, your body begins to produce less exosomes. These tiny particles are part of what keep your cells communicating and help prevent aging.
Exosomes could be the answer to many signs of aging, such as wrinkles, skin dullness, and sagging skin especially when combined with a micro needling service.
During micro needling, tiny needles the size of a human hair are used to puncture numbed skin. This prompts the derma to regrow and form new collagen.

What to Expect from the ALMI Hair Procedure
How Does ALMI Work?
ALMI works by combining traditional fat grating techniques with PRP. Of note, it has been discovered many years ago that our fat has an abundance of our own stem cells.
This combination allows micro fat transfer to be used instead of fillers and to be used topically with micro needling to restore glowing, healthy vibrant skin.
What to Expect from ALMI?
An incision the size of half the width of your baby fingernail is made into your numbed skin. As you self-administer laughing gas, a small amount of fat is removed, typically from your flank area (about 50 cc or a stick of butter). The numbing and micro liposuction take approximately 30 minutes
The fat is then brought in an enclosed system to our sterile hood to be filtered into the size of a filler, and PRP is added.
The ALMI is then transferred into your face (or hair, or both!) in the same way a fat transfer or filler is done.
Lastly, the remaining ALMI is placed topically on your numbed face and/or scalp and micro needling is done.
How Long Until I See Results from ALMI?
Though you will see results immediately, this will subside. Lasting results normally take 2-4 months.
What Happens After the ALMI Procedure?
You will go home with the ALMI left on your face and/or scalp. You will wash it off the next morning. This will look like you have a pink or peach serum all over you – likely not the best time to head out on a first date or to the ballet. You may have bruising from the injections just the same as if you had received a filler appointment.
